  I needed some tile tomorrow AM and the only Tile Shop thag had it was in NorthBrook. I'm in downtown Chicago and I called the Northbrook store and was helped by a gentleman named Keith.
  
  Everything with Keith went smooth and very professional. When I told Keith I needed the tile tomorrow AM he personally drove it down here on a Friday night. What a great person!
  
  Keith is the man. I'm not sure what they are paying him but I am sure it isn't enough because customer service like he gave me is priceless. It is kind gestures like what Keith did for customers like me that make me WANT to be a lifetime customer of the Tile Shop. Thank you Keith.
