  I will no longer be recommending this spa to anyone I know. When this place opened up a few years ago, I completely sang their praises for being a reasonably-priced spot in the area to get some pampering. Their manicures and pedicures didn’t always last as long as I believe they should have for professional application, but the service was always good and the price was right for the relaxing experience. My opinion in light of recent events has completely changed. The wax esthetician burnt my mom's eyelid on a recent visit and didn't even say anything to her. My mom came home to find a burn line across her entire eyelid, and then when my mom went back to speak to the owner, all the owner could say was "sorry." She didn't offer my mom her money back or at the very least a certificate for a complimentary future waxing. She didn't say anything to the esthetician either. It seems that this lady doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. A few years ago when the place first opened, I told all my friends about it and how wonderful it is. I am now going to tell everyone I know to NEVER GO HERE!!! Take your business somewhere else where they know how to treat their customers well. I am very disappointed in Spa O.
