  I had tires which were supplied by my employer for my company lease car, this location of Just Tires could not have cared less about my business. They insisted that I leave the car all day to have the tires replaced, even though the actual work would only take an hour due to the "delays in getting the work approved". My assurance that the work was pre-approved made no difference. When I finally agreed to bring the car even with the extended duration, I was told they don't make appointments for this type of service, I needed to bring the car and just leave it. I was also told that even if they did make appointments for tire installation there were none available for 2 days. I gave up and took my car to Auto Fix in Palatine and was on my way in an hour, lesson learned. Don't go to Just "Their" Tires unless you want to buy Just Their Overprice Tires.
