  They NEVER get the order right EVER! I have been coming to this potbelly for damn near 10 years now and over the last year they have hired nothing but ignorant blockheads that can't follow a simple sandwich request! Every single thing I have ordered over 5he past month has either been kind of gross in quality or completely not what I requested. I've even sent my wife in to order because I thought maybe they had it out for me... Not the case. They screwed up her orders as well. Seriously this is pathetic! You have one job! Sandwiches! I'm not asking you to do nuclear science here... Just make my damn sandwich the right way and edible! I guess that's too much to ask of the bone heads behind the sandwich bar. Never going here again!
